عالی بود

+ nice place. breakfast is nice - mix of western and local. has washing facility. nice place in general with helpful staff. Can order mail in advance (has store boxes in lobby)

− very strange toilets, they get stuck all the time- cant use toilet paper.. very very strange. for non localcs location is bit hard to find two hotels with similar name near each other. not a bit deal just be aware on arrival.

− I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I had already been charged by Booking.com in advance (I have bank statements to prove it). However, upon check-in, the front desk staff confidently told me that Booking wouldn't charge me and that the platform would issue a refund, so they demanded I pay again at the hotel. Because of their false and unprofessional claim, I ended up being charged twice. When I later contacted them via WeChat to resolve this, they initially said they would look into it, but eventually just told me to 'contact the platform yourself.' They refused to take responsibility for their own staff's mistake. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that operates on international platforms like Booking to not understand how the payment process works, and then push the communication cost onto the customer. Please be very careful if you book here.

Almost amazing

+ It’s good and clean. We got free bottled water and 3 cans of cola everyday and good breakfast.

− During breakfast, no juice, it’s fine

A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

+ Lovely room with lots of space. Lovely big bath and shower. Free drinks and staff very helpful.

− Toilet had a very strong smell of smoke. Breakfast not the best if you are a westerner and not used to different types of breakfast but otherwise plenty to help yourself to. Slightly out of city centre and with the bad traffic in Beijing takes longer to reach key tourist spots.

Good spot

+ Friendly staff, English well spoken, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. About 10 min walk from the metro, a bit difficult to find the first time as the hotel bears another name on the facade

− There are many hotels with the name True Go which making confusion and difficult to find correct adress on map or Didi app. The correct name should be Qui Quo hotel.

+ Location was good and found at 3rd Ring road, easy access by Didi to move around. Breakfast was mixed local and international food.

− Staffs not fluent in English, they use translator to communicate not always efficient. At arrival, we had an issue with breakfast coupon, where the Staff says 1 coupon for 1 person from a room, whereas while reservation, i reserved breakfast for all. It was very difficult to make them understand. Wash bassin is found in open area near to bed. Bathroom and Toilet glasses are more transparent. Inconvenient for girls.

Fantastic relaxing stay at a lowkey area

+ receptionists were still helpful despite the language barrier, there were more locals around than loud foreigners, the hotel cats were cute, refilled drinks for me

+ We just stayed for one night, arrived in the evening and checked out in the morning, so there is not much I can tell. The staff is good, kind and helpful. The breakfast is served to the room. The location is not in the center, but it was ok for me. It was a convenient place to go to Mutianyu Great Wall and to the Capital airport (just 25 minutes by taxi).

− Chinese breakfast (mostly boiled vegetables, also tomatos, shrimps, yogurt etc). As I am not used to it, it was not enough for me.
