The hotel looks exactly like the photos shared online — no difference at all.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Cevahir Hotel. The hotel was truly excellent and was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Everything matched my expectations.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Dogukan Eroglu for his kind, friendly, and professional attitude. His hospitality really made my stay more pleasant.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and more than enough for a satisfying start to the day.

The only small suggestion I have would be regarding the liquid soap. It would be nice if it were provided in a dispenser similar to the shampoo dispenser.

Quite a nice stay, we were pleased

Excellent pool, massage and gym. Quiet rooms.
Beautiful lobby and handy complimentary drinks/snacks for residents of Suite rooms served at the lobby.
Special thanks to porter Dogukan and massage therapist Rini for their top professional services.

Smell in the rooms - sometimes we felt either the smell of smoke or smell of mould coming through room ventilation, especially bathroom.
The area the hotel is in is not the best but ok.

They changed our rooms upon request and EYUPHAN KUTLU was extremely helpful and useful which resulted in a comfortable stay for us

Clean hotel, friendly staff, variety in breakfast, services is very good, value for money we paid, recommend it.

Location is good, since we rent a car , this issue wasn't a problem, but for others , you have to walk about 20 minutes for the metro station, or you can take a bus, its not a big issue because tourists have many transpirtion options.

It offers all I find wonderful in a Hotel, the swimming pool, a place for some bathing, closeness to the city, a good room and a restaurant that seems to be very nice

A good Hotel to stay and a good location but a quiet place with no activity to offer.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and professional.
The room was nice and clean.
location was very good.

Restaurant was closed during my stay. It was opened only once or twice.
In the evening they had no activity or music.
There was no hair salon for ladies. There was only one available for men.
The Hotel didn’t had umbrellas for guests to borrow. They were available for sale only.
The bed was very soft and it wasn’t comfortable.
