+ The property is gorgeous. All of the facilities were great, beautifully decorated, amazing view. Very comfortable. My favourite thing about my stay was Lily, the host. I’ve travelled to almost 40 countries and I have never met someone so kind, helpful, caring, and professional. It’s my first time in China and as a solo female traveller Lily made my first days in China much easier. I had some personal problems too and again Lily was there to help. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her kindness touched my heart. The apartment is amazing, but Lily is what made my stay truly special and the reason I would return. She is a very special person.

+ Excellent apartment with superbe views and a huge terrace to enjoy the autumn sun☀️. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They allowed me to check-in very early, which after a long flight was a godsend. Really 5 stars⭐

Great location, comfortable stay and helpful host.
+ Great-sized room in a fantastic location. The metro station, shops and restaurants are all just a few minutes’ walk away. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from our 12th-floor apartment. The host was very helpful, friendly and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily return.
− A brief guide on changing the TV language to English would have been helpful.

Excellent Stay. Highly recommended
+ I was initially skeptical about this property, but it far exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect right in the heart of town and close to a subway stop the views from the room were immaculate. Some of the best views of Beijing and the building had security 24 seven and also they were responsive to any questions or comments and provide provided daily cleaning If I needed it. would highly highly recommend this place without a doubt to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a central location in Beijing.

Comfortable space with everything you need
+ The apartment we rented was exactly like the pictures, and I actually thought it felt a bit bigger in person. Our host was very kind and accommodating--anything we needed we could message her about and it was taken care of right away. The bed was comfortable, and having a washing machine was essential for our long trip.

+ We stayed here for 9 nights as a family of four with two children, aged 5 years and 20.months old. Fuli is a wonderful host who puts you at ease with her reassuring and warm demeanour. She was very approachable during the stay for any requests or queries. She made the stay extra comfortable for me and my family. Comfortable room with efficient air-conditioning, and all necessary amenities for a stay with children. Excellent prime location next to the best shopping malls (Taikoo Li, Sanlitun Soho), food courts (sanlitun soho) supermarket & cafés. The kitchen was basic but functional, and enough to cook breakfast and simple lunches, which saved us a lot if money. Metro station is only 2 minutes walk away and getting to the main attractions isnt tedious with a taxi. I will surely be coming back if I visit beijing again. Loved the location & the host.
