+ From check-in to check-out, our entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and exceptionally well supported by the front-desk team, particularly the manager, Mr. Orkan. We requested interconnecting rooms, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request. We were also welcomed with complimentary drinks and fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. Spacious Room, Clean and neat. Beds were also comfortable. There is no doubt that it is the staff who ultimately make a hotel experience either excellent or disappointing. When the manager and relevant team members genuinely care, take personal interest in their guests, and maintain the property well, regardless of its location or physical condition, the hotel can truly deliver a five star experience. We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay by an additional night, even though we had originally planned to spend that night at another five star hotel in Baku. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and sincerely thank Mr. Orkan and his team for their outstanding hospitality.

+ Our stay at Wyndham Baku was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Ismail and Nigar. Both demonstrated outstanding professionalism, genuine hospitality, and remarkable attention to detail. Ismail ensured every request was handled promptly and with care, while Nigar’s warm attitude and dedication made us feel truly valued as guests. Their combined efforts created a seamless and comfortable experience throughout our stay. Highly commendable service from both - they represent the hotel at its very best !

The hotel itself is good but a bit too far from main attractions and Nizami street. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff at reception was nice and provided us with free updgrade. Staff in pool area was very rude.

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Second Stay at Wyndham Baku – Outstanding Hospitality by Orkhan Our second stay at Wyndham Baku has once again exceeded our expectations and reinforced our decision that this is one of the finest hotels to choose when staying in Baku. Interestingly, we had originally made two separate hotel bookings for our time in Baku — one at Wyndham Baku and another at a different hotel. However, after experiencing the remarkable level of hospitality, service, comfort and professionalism at Wyndham Baku during our initial stay, we were genuinely reluctant to leave. Consequently, we cancelled our reservation at the other hotel and rebooked our remaining stay at Wyndham Baku. It was an effortless decision because the quality of service here simply made the alternative hotel unnecessary. I would like to extend my highest appreciation to Mr. Orkhan, whose exceptional professionalism and distinguished approach to guest service deserve particular recognition. Orkhan is an outstanding representative of the hotel. His attentiveness, courtesy, efficiency and genuine concern for guests create an experience that goes considerably beyond ordinary hospitality. He possesses the rare ability to make guests feel not merely accommodated, but genuinely valued and respected. From the moment of arrival, the hotel demonstrates an impressive commitment to maintaining high standards. The ambience, cleanliness, comfort, attentive service and overall guest experience have been consistently excellent throughout both of our stays. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. Our second visit felt every bit as welcoming and comfortable as the first, which is a true reflection of a well-managed property and a dedicated team. A sincere thank you to Orkhan and the entire Wyndham Baku team for making our stay so memorable. We are extremely pleased with our decision to return and extend our stay here.
