+ The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. The level of service exceeded our expectations and was honestly better than what we’ve experienced at many five star hotels. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They were always asking if we needed anything or if there was any way they could help. As a wonderful gesture, they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality made a huge difference to our overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the hotel offered excellent value for money.

− There were no major issues during our stay. The location is a little farther from Nizami Street compared to some hotels, but it’s still easily accessible by taxi.

− Staff arranging the taxi is not good. Especially Hassan from Staff made sure that we miss our flight but we got it. He was calling to the taxi with long distance knowing that we are late for airport.

Their genuine hospitality, exceptional command of English, and, above all, their unwavering willingness to help at any moment make every guest feel truly welcomed and valued. To me, this is the single most important quality any hotel can possess. The rooms are remarkably spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. They feature spectacular views, an incredibly comfortable bed with a superb orthopedic mattress, and a luxurious walk-in shower, ensuring an exceptionally relaxing stay. Having traveled extensively and stayed in hotels across many countries over the years, I can confidently say that Midtown Hotel ranks among the very finest I have ever experienced. It has left me with unforgettable memories—not only because of the hotel itself, but also because of its extraordinary team of dedicated professionals. Whenever I have the opportunity to return to this wonderful city, there is no doubt that I will choose Midtown Hotel again.
