+ Indeed a great hotel to stay. Right in the city center, and parallel to ever happening Nizami Street. Peaceful, comfortable and pure luxury. Though we reached the hotel very early in the morning, Mr Adam welcomed us with a smile and accommodated us. Room was perfect; neat, clean and comfortable, with all amenities. Balcony gave a good view. Breakfast was always good, and the lady really prepared sumptuous vegetable omelet. Ms Khalida took great pains to keep the rooms and facility clean and tiedy. Impressive part was the very helping attitude of the staff members. I would like to especially mention the professionalism of Mr Isbendiyar and Mr Amin. Both had good grip in English language and were always present with a smiling face. Overall, it has been a very good experience.

Overall very satisfied. I will be visiting again in the near future.

+ Breakfast has a good range of options, both hot and cold. Staff were very attentive and polite. The rooms are a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort and nicely decorated. Beds are large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean, spacious and with modern fittings.

− I really like this hotel. The only problem is the bag-drag from the street level up to hotel entrance on the first floor. I understand that the desgin of the building does not allow for a lift to be incorporated. Perhaps management should consider a stair/lift or similar to help guests get their luggage up the stairs. I was surprised and very grateful that the staff assisted me to get my heavy bag back to street level after check-out. I hope he doesn't injure himself in the course of doing this for every guest. Perhaps there is some sort of practical solution.

+ This is a great place to stay. Great location close to everything. The room was very clean and spacious, with a lot of place. The breakfast has a lot.of choices including hot dishes like omelettes. Mr. Isbəndiyar is very helpful and together with other staff members will make everything to attend the needs of the guests.

+ I had an Amazing experience. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was very nice. Hospitality one of the best all staff very helpful and supportive all throw my stay. Special thanks to Isbendiyar and Orxan very helpful. I stayed in big hotels but honestly this is better than most of them. Location is Amazing as well.

wonderful stay

+ everything was perfect! rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. the hotel was as fancy as on the pictures. the staff is very friendly, special thanks to Isbendiyar, not only he was there for us every morning during the breakfast (to make coffee, tea, order food) but also helped us by resolving the issue in the room (loud noise was coming from ventilation system)

− the hotel is not on G floor, but first one and the way to go there is by a lot of stairs. this was the only inconvenience but only when we checked in and checked out since we needed climb this stairs with our luggage
