I’ve stayed at Waldorf Astoria The Palm probably four or five times now, and every stay reminds me why I keep coming back. Whenever I’m looking for a resort in Dubai, this is always one of the places I consider.
The views are spectacular, especially the views of Palm Jumeirah. During my most recent stay, the front desk team was incredibly helpful and arranged a beautiful room with an amazing view of the Palm. I enjoyed it so much.
The cleanliness was also on point. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The pool areas are another highlight. There is an adults-only pool, which offers a more peaceful and relaxed experience, as well as a really nice kids’ pool for families. The beach is also beautiful, and I genuinely enjoyed everything about the resort.
The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was breakfast. The selection on display was quite limited, and initially I wasn’t very excited about going down for breakfast because there didn’t seem to be much variety. However, I later found out that you can request specific items from the staff, such as brie cheese, avocado, berries, and other foods that weren’t displayed at the buffet. Once I knew this, the experience was much better, although I still think the overall selection could be expanded.
I also really appreciated the attention from the breakfast restaurant manager. He checked in with me every day, asked about my stay, and made sure everything was going well. That personal touch was very nice and showed genuine care for the guests.
Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. The beautiful views, cleanliness, pools, beach, service, and overall atmosphere make Waldorf Astoria The Palm a resort I’m always happy to return to. I’ve stayed here several times already, and I can definitely see myself coming back again.

Bedroom is more specious than it looks on the pictures. Great view of Burj from the balcony. Super quiet for good night sleep.

We always like to come back to WA, but this time, on such an special occasion, it was exceptional.

The baby’s pool doesn’t have enough shadow which is essential for small babies. I’d change how the cove is placed so at least there was shadow on half the pool until peak sun time.

Everything , the hotel is amazing , the service is great , the hotel managment is amazing ! We loved everything about our stay and we love coming back to this hotel again and again!! Restaurant managment is amazing, the whole team , the manager and all the chefs do great job every single day !! I believe that if you want to have a great service , where people really care , this is the place to be !!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, set in a prime location that makes exploring effortless. What truly stood out was the staff: consistently attentive, kind, and welcoming. Dining was equally impressive, with both the breakfast and dinner buffets offering a fantastic variety of high-quality dishes. Highly recommended!
