An exceptional stay, with exemplary staff, faultless attention to detail and outstanding hospitality throughout!
+ It’s clear that both the hotel and its approach to customer service have undergone a significant transformation. The attention to detail was faultless, and the staff were exemplary throughout. From the room upgrade to the thoughtful birthday surprises, every little detail was considered, and nothing felt like too much trouble. A genuinely exceptional experience and a perfect example of hospitality done right. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll most definitely be back! 👏✨

A truly wonderful hotel in its quiet luxury and with warm and professional staff.
+ The hotel was beautiful and the staff were exceptional in their effort to assist and make you feel welcome. We only stayed one night, but will be back again for sure and for a longer stay. The smell throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous and the room was well appointed with every amenity to make you feel comfortable and happy. This is truly a five star hotel and worthy of its fine reputation.

Highly recommended
+ Great quality hotel with good fine-dine options and caring management. The location is great for Dubai Marina but it is a noisy location as Dubai Marina overall, i.e. you do not hear anything with closed balcony doors but sitting on the balcony you can hear road / construction noise. Nevertheless, we stayed there for the second time and would choose this hotel next time as well.
− Some bottle dispensers with the shampoo and body wash in the shower did not work. It would be good if the cleaning people checked them for usability…
