A unique and memorable escape from Dubai — I would love to come back and see it once the project is fully completed

+ The concept is very unique and the property has a lot of potential. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings and the feeling of being away from Dubai without actually travelling far. The Nice area felt fresh and stylish, my room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the evening atmosphere, Rain Street and the DJ. It was a fun and unusual little escape.

− Some parts of the property are still under construction, so the overall experience does not yet feel completely finished or polished. I think the guest experience and organisation could still be improved. Clearer information before arrival about transportation, facilities and what is currently open or available would also be very helpful.

+ היה טוב , החדרים נקיים , ארוחת בוקר טובה , והיחס של הצוות בדלפק הקבלה היה טוב השתפר מפעם קודמת .

− המוזיקה הייתה רועשת מידי גם כשאתה בחדר שומעים חזק וזה מציק , החלונות אינם אטומי רעש ..

+ Clean rooms and great entertainment all day

− Checking in support very poor and not sharing all the information and coupons. Also front desk was not helpful at all.

I had very high expectations and was disappointed from the very start

+ The fact it was on an island

− - No parking provided, while it was mentioned clearly that parking is available on site (by the boat station) and the security was very rude as if I’m asking for something weird. When I tried to reach to all the phone numbers provided prior to the trip no one picked up the call. - when we reached the hotel there was only one receptionist to check us in at the time of check in. We had to stay for almost 30 minutes just to check us in. - I shared my concern about the parking issue and they said one of the managers will speak to you but no one did reach out - They charged me twice for the stay and so far I didn’t receive my refund after more than a week - The hotel is a party hotel so it’s loud all the time and the whole facility is relatively small so you can’t just escape it for sometime

Muy bien para un fin de semana o desconexión total, sin esperar grandes lujos.

+ Un lugar súper tranquilo, perfecto para relajarte, caminar un poco, disfrutar del sol y el mar. Una belleza para la vista también.

− Creo que falta un poco de organización, ni bien llegue me atendieron increíblemente bien, pero me signaron una habitación que aún estaba ocupada, luego tuve que cambiar de nuevo, no por falla del personal, si no por cuidar mi paz, debido a un huésped difícil. Eso me tomó tiempo para tener que mover mis maletas. Luego pedí servicio al cuarto y nunca llegó. Pequeños detalles.
