Pleasant
+ The place is nice rooms are clean and views are great!
− The food is really not good to be honest and there is no much options you feel like you’re obliged to eat food that is not nice at all especially that the place is far from everything I think they should think more about offering better food experience and a variety of food with high quality for the price we are paying for.

+ High energy, great beach, and superb staff! This place is amazing! It has direct beach access, a huge pool area, and an incredible nightlife scene with a great DJ, live performers, and lively music. If you want a vibrant atmosphere, you'll love it here. Special thanks to Ms. Manal at reception, who was so soft-spoken, approachable, and accommodating. She upgraded our room and perfectly handled a birthday surprise for my husband! Another shoutout to Mr. Melvin at the restaurant, who was incredibly attentive and reliable. The buffet is great though I'd suggest skipping the à la carte menu as service there can be a bit slow. Still a great experience overall!
− While the buffet is excellent, the à la carte dining has room for improvement. The service can be quite slow, and the overall food quality didn’t quite live up to the high standards of the rest of the resort. I’d recommend sticking to the buffet instead. Additionaly, the room itself doesn't have much space to move around, and the bathroom lacks a table or counter space to put your toiletries and personal things.

− We asked about the tour, but the employee advised us that we only needed to wait there at 5:15 PM, so we waited. She did not inform us that we needed to make a reservation in advance. The employee should have clearly explained the booking process and requirements to the guest to avoid any confusion, unnecessary waiting, or wasted time. Guests should be properly informed so they know what to expect and can make the necessary arrangements in advance. We also noticed that the DJ’s music selection in the pool area could be more diverse and suitable for guests from different nationalities and age groups.
