All the staff of the organization gave us a good hospitality, especially the receptionists. However, the cleaning staff

+ Very close to public transportation. They gave us the room earlier than expected. The breakfast had a lot of vegetables and fruits, few sweets, one type of yogurt, one type of jam, one type of bread. The juice was terrible. As for cooked food, it had fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and two of the four days we stayed, fried potatoes and cheesecakes. The breakfast is not considered European. The common areas were clean. The bathrooms in the rooms as well. Τhe shower didn't work but they fixed it right away.
− The cabinets and drawers in both the bedroom and the bathroom were dirty. What was visible to the human eye was clean. What was inside was dirty. One sheet had a black stain. The room was narrow for a triple. We couldn't fit 3 suitcases and 3 people.

Very Good
+ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Deluxe Istanbul with my wife. Everything was great, from the clean and comfortable room to the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city. A special thanks to the English-speaking lady at the reception—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us.

+ The hotel is very good overall. Its location is excellent, close to the metro, tram, buses, and major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
− However, there are a few issues that should be improved. We were four guests but were given only one room key, despite asking several times for an extra one. This meant we always had to leave and return together. Since the room key also controlled the electricity, we had to take it with us whenever we left, so the refrigerator was turned off and could not be used properly. The housekeeping staff also forgot to replace the toilet paper on several occasions, and we had to ask for it. During our 10-night stay, I was robbed on the fifth day and lost all my bank cards, a large amount of cash, and my room key. When I explained what had happened and asked for a replacement key, I was charged $10. While I understand hotel policies, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and compassion in such a difficult situation. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay overall.
