+ Nice hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and indoor spa area. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good.

− Located outside of the city centre and not very close to the metro station. It's fine if you don't walking 20 mins to the metro station or taking a taxi to the city. Loud music blaring from speakers at the outdoor pool, with some of the speakers right next to the sun loungers.

+ Artur, the night reception. He made our stay amazing. Very nice guy. The restaurant waiters are very polite and professional. The food was very good. The cleaning in the hotel is very good. Nice and clean. The manager of the hotel is doing an excellent job. The only issue is the pool area and pool manager. He is treating guests from outside more than guests of the hotel. The bar and system need to be updated. Need go and pick up braslett ,put money. We was supposed to pick up our order by ourselves and return dirty dishes also back. The service in pool are awqaful, so many people working there. But no efficiency. We was buying from hotell bar beer and its easier than get the beer in pool bar. The pool mager suppouse to focused on a a pool area and he is not supposed to run the hotel area. The guests are more valuable than the visitors from outside. They are bringing the money. And the reception is the main brain of the hotell, They are running the show

+ Our stay at Venice Spa Complex Hotel Yerevan was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and offers excellent value for money. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would especially like to thank Ani. She provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay and always went the extra mile to help us. One day we had trouble with a food delivery because we didn’t have an Armenian phone number. Ani immediately took the initiative, contacted the restaurant herself, stayed in touch with them, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. She helped us several times during our visit, always with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile. We sincerely hope that the hotel’s management will see this review and recognize Ani for her outstanding work. Employees like her create unforgettable guest experiences and are a true asset to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely choose Venice Spa Complex again when we return to Yerevan. Highly recommended!
