− Hard to find, because on the instructions that the property send by email they mention a pink building but there are 2 in the area. The dormitory is very small. The kitchen also.The common area the same. Its super hot and u feel like you are in the oven.

+ You won't find a better location! Urban Hostel is right in the heart of town, surrounded by the main squares and just steps from the seafront. The staff are fantastic hosts—super friendly and communicative. Plus, the dedicated workspace and beautiful balcony view add so much extra value. Absolutely worth the money!

+ Tor, the young man working there, was a really great guy, very welcoming and very helpful with a lot of advice (I had a lot of questions). The bathrooms were very clean with good hot water. The bed was comfy, lockers w/ a key (no charge) and the wifi was really good. And the location was great as well (but it was a little tricky to find it, as I did not travel with a cell/data and it's in a courtyard). Overall, I recommend.

− Everything was good. The dorm room and the common room were quite small, but this was not a problem, just more of an observation. Everyone in the room was very quiet and respectful.

+ Everything is around: sea, old town and main sightseeings 🙌🏼 Hostel is clean and cozy with a mansard type of the place on the third floor. Place for work actually is important thing for travelers like me.

Poor communication

+ Poor communication from the hostel. After an late arrival (early morning next day) of which i notified them, they said they would text me the details but never did. I waited an hour and called them many times but they didnt pick up the phone anymore. Found the bed myself and slept a few hours. My reservation got cancelled an hour before checkout. I took a shower, paid and left because no accountability whatsoever.

Value for money for short stays, with attentive host, comfortable room but thin walls :)

+ Host is attentive and responsive. The bed is super comfy and quite large, even for me, I'm 203cm (6'8). Definitely value for money.

− Overall cleaniness can be improved. Also, after late hours you can be disturbed with some talkings from the kitchen.
