+ ORBI’s developments are particularly impressive when you see them as part of Batumi’s overall transformation. The city has become increasingly modern, and these projects contribute strongly to that image. I like the architecture, the location, and especially the connection with the sea. Everything comes together to create a distinctive urban environment.

For me, ORBI is a clear reflection of Batumi’s modern transformation.
+ The architecture of ORBI’s projects immediately catches your attention. The buildings have a modern and ambitious appearance, and their locations make them even more interesting. Being close to the sea creates a special atmosphere that is difficult to find in many other cities. I also appreciate how well the projects fit into Batumi’s rapidly developing environment.

+ I was impressed by the scale and modern appearance of ORBI’s projects. They have become an important part of Batumi’s skyline and give the city a more contemporary look. The seaside locations are another major advantage, providing a pleasant environment and easy access to some of the city’s most popular areas.
