Exceptional
+ I previously stayed at the Titanic Hotels in Berlin, and the City Taksim Hotel in Istanbul met my expectations. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect.
− My conference bag disappeared from the room. It wasn't valuable and was empty, but it still shouldn't have happened.

Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it!
+ Amazing stay with a few areas for improvement! We had an amazing time at the Titanic Hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised every day with a complimentary bottle of water and fresh fruit. The hospitality was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond to help us resolve some reservation issues we had with our travel agency. Another huge plus is the location, which is just a few meters from the airport bus stop. The breakfast was also great with a lot of variety. The spa facilities (pool, hamam, and jacuzzi) were incredibly relaxing.
− there is one area that needs more attention: while children are officially not allowed in the jacuzzi, it was often full of children screaming and diving. Since most guests visit the spa to relax, the hotel management should enforce this rule more strictly.
