+ Happy helpful staff . Beautiful outlook over sea. Value for what we paid in a very comfortable,well air conditioned clean room with very comfortable bed. Happy to arrange or answer questions . Breakfast reasonable cooked to order .

+ Loved the location! What a bonus having beachfront seating to watch the sunset. Staff were wonderful.

− Breakfast was slow which isn't really a problem on holiday but something to consider if you have booked an adventure/massage in the morning.

Great location on Jungutbatu Beach

+ Location is great - right in the middle of Jungutbatu Beach - the pool and surrounds are clean and tidy. Rooms are modern and spacious. Attentive staff on hand to deliver food and drinks. Loved the background music whilst sitting at the beachside pool. The beanbags on the beach to watch the sunset. Swims in the ocean directly infront. Or if you surf - easy to arrange a boat out to Shipwrecks or Lacerations - as these breaks are right in front of the resort. Walk out to the main street and you have all the restaurants/cafes - or hail a driver to take you around the island. Also close enough to walk the boardwalk at the end of the beach around to Lago/Coconut Beach if you are up for a little exercise.

Great location but needs some attention to detail.

+ Great location right on the beach. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms good size, clean and neat.

− Meals were ordinary and not as cheap as other places on the street. Fridges in room are small and barely cold. Bintang at the pool bar not cold either. Had to ask them to put some in freezer. Also they ran out of supply which is not good if they want their guests to stay there to drink.

− Rooms had mould on walls from condensation and poor workmanship (doors not closing/ sealing well enough + humidity + air con).

Wonderful Place to Stay in Nusa Lembongan

+ Location, Breakfast, Club Side Pool and Ambience, Residence Side Pool and Ambience - Everything was perfect. The property is very neat and clean. They takes care of their guest very well.

− We had faced load shedding for one night for about 3 hours. but it was the night before the full moon so we enjoyed the moon light in a very different and natural way.

+ Perfect location right on the beach and quite central on the main street, everything is in walking distance, quiet rooms (you do hear your neighbors a bit though), two pools - one in the quiet garden and one right at the beach, beachbeds right on the beach, great service, very friendly staff. Room spacious, huge bed, lots of shelf space and a small sofa, small closet to use. Amazing value for money.

− The level of cleanliness could be better. There are some small cobwebs in the corners of the showers just above your head, the corners of the floor don’t seem too clean, after cleaning there remain water streaks. The balcony floor (upper floor) doesn’t seem to be cleaned so you get really dirty feet if you step out. But overall it was not to a point where it impacted my stay negatively. There were workings happening in the 1st floor of the main building but it didn’t bother me much.

− The rooms are old. The paint was pealing on one of the walls. The bathroom top was falling apart, the concrete pieces of the vanity top were falling on our feet.
