− Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected, especially for the price we paid. First of all, we really want to say that the staff were amazing. Everyone was super kind, helpful and always available when we needed something. They really tried their best to make our stay as good as possible and we are thankful for that. Our biggest disappointment was the villa we received. We specifically booked this place because of the villa with the unique glass-bottom pool above the living room. This was actually the main reason why we chose this accommodation. When we arrived, we were told that these villas were not available because of leaking and safety concerns with the glass. We completely understand that safety comes first, but we were very disappointed that we were not informed before our arrival. If we had known, we honestly would have booked somewhere else. Instead, we received a different villa. It was beautiful, but unfortunately there were several problems. We were told that the accommodation is quite new, but honestly, it did not look or feel new to us at all. Some doors did not close or lock properly, which made us feel unsafe. The front door also did not feel secure, as you could simply reach through the openings in the wall next to it and open the door from the inside without needing a key. The TV was not working and there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom into the bedroom because of the open design. We also ordered breakfast one morning, but unfortunately it arrived very late. Another thing to know is that the villas are located on a very steep hill with quite a lot of stairs. We found walking up and down much more difficult than expected and honestly did not always feel safe using the path up and down. There is a buggy, which is very helpful, but unfortunately it is not always available. Overall, the reality felt very different from what we had seen in the photos and videos on Instagram.

+ Tutto, la qualità è ad un livello molto elevato e parliamo sia del personale che della struttura. Un ringraziamento speciale a Rio e Chloe e a tutto lo staff che ci ha seguiti. Colazione in casa, piscina privata, 2 camere da letto, non so quanti bagni (erano 3), un bellissimo proiettore con wifi direct e un wifi6... che dire, divanetti esterni sul terrazzo superiore e pure in quello inferiore per non parlare del divano dentro la "grotta". Qualità costruttiva degna del luogo, posizione molto comoda per essere in 10-20 in tutta uluwatu e non. Servizio di rent scooter che ci ha salvato. Parliamo dell'esperienza: è letteralmente un 10, abbiamo passato 14 giorni sempre in resort o ville di qualità ma questa è la prima che rispecchiava i nostri standard a pieno, non da 8 non da 9 ma appunto si merita il massimo!

+ Saktie, Naufal, Rio, Chloe, Made, Rama were amazing ! This team is smiling and helpful it makes you immediately feel the Bali vibe ! View is amazing, rooms are very large, clean and new we love the experience a lot ! For the price we paid it’s an absolute no brainer best spot in Uluwatu !

Fantastisk opphold på Fira Uluwatu

+ Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Fira Uluwatu. Hotellet var akkurat som på bildene, og det stod til forventningene. Nydelig design, unik utsikt, veldig rent og gode senger. Personalet var vennlige og bidro til at vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse, takk til Fal, Rio, Saktie, Rama og Krisna for det! Anbefales på det sterkeste å besøke Fira, vi kommer garantert tilbake.
