− The dressing room / Hangers in the wardrobe were considered for suits, expatriates only and not UAE / Khaleeji type of long dresses. Its not a big deal and I am not complaining!

I would consider staying again as overall experience was great!
+ The rooms are very nice and bed is very comfortable. There is a mall attached to the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend trying the Turkish restaurants RUYA.
− Breakfast was not ideal compared to other 5 stars hotels in Dubai. I booked sea view yet they gave me a room with partial sea view and partial city view.

Amazing hotel in not so amazing situation
+ Although I stayed in St Regis, when the escalation started and I was stranded for 5 nights more than planned, the hotel itself is spotless. Proper 5* service, super clean with housekeeping twice every day. The room very spacious, nice scent throughout the hotel, gym is big as well, spa bit small but it has all necessary equipment, no need to bring anything with you in advance. I didn't use the butler service as much because of the situation. Managed to go Kyma beach only once, transfer is always on time and you dont have to pay for the sunbeds there, only consumption. Check in/out process very smooth. The hotel is connected with the Nhakeel mall where you can find anything to shop and the park just outside is nice for walks or jogging and even has some nice spots for coffee or breakfast.
− I would come back and is probably one of my favorite hotels in Dubai, but I had to go through very hard discussions with the hotel managers to agree on a reasonable rate after I was stranded there due to the situation with flight cancelations.
