Amazing stay at Sekumpul Villa

+ Quiet and beautiful accomodation. The view is amazing. The owner and his family are very kind and helpful, and all the staff there is great. The Sekumpul waterfalls are just down the road, a sight to see!

The view is absolutely amazing and the location very quiet and peaceful.

Breathtaking location, stunning, huge, clean, new villas

+ The view from the beautiful villa was just breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making up the room beautifully, organising a fantastic driver to take us to see other waterfalls and other parts of the north of Bali. We are in their restaurant each night. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning and balcony sunsets were spectacular. This place is wonderful. If you love cats, bring along something to feed the gorgeous affectionate little cat that visits the villas each evening. (You can’t buy cat food up there). Sekumpul Waterfall will take your breath away (literally, when you are climbing back up to the too!)

Overpriced but comfortable stay

+ The location is near to waterfall which makes it a great place to stay - just 15 min walk. The view from the room is amazing. Villa itself is clean and seems new.

− The hotel is definitely overpriced. Lots of ants inside villa and bees outside. There is hard stairs to go to the villa itself. Also, seem that staff doesn’t communicate with each other. They left a room service menu - when we asked a lady what time restaurant is closing - she said 10 pm. After we came back from waterfall - there was a man already who said: we close at 8 pm. Then he was pushing and insisting on ordering earlier (we were there around 6.30) seems he was in rush to close it down asap, then next morning same man refuse to do service for breakfast on the balcony of the villa, so we had to go down to restaurant- which is a bit away. (So that you know there is 2 place, but 1 restaurant which is directly below our villa seems abandoned - so we have to be going to the other one - Sekumpul restaurant & coffee shop. Overall, food service takes long time.

+ Everything about the Villa was amazing. We had the nicest sunset high in the mountains just outside our doorstep. Waterfalls just walking distance away.

− Lots of bugs but that is no fault of the accommodation.
