It was good place to stay and not recommend for Arab families
+ Service was good Also, waiving the 300 baht charge for the broken plate. I really appreciate their kindness and understanding.
− Breakfast not organized and especially too many of Indians they were skipping the lines in the breakfast

Nice hotel but not my favourite
+ Comfortable bed!!! Great buffet breakfast
− Loud music playing, The shuttle only goes 4 times during the day and you have to tell them 2 hours in advance for both ingoing and returning and the last shuttle back is at 8.15pm. Not ideal

− I requested to take with me the flip flops which was in the room and they requst to pay 150 THB and the actual price for it is less than 70 THB !! It is ok to pay but the price should be reasonable also

Enjoyable. Need grab to get around. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of food and choices

Overall great hotel, offering good looking rooms with nice views. Just a little more far.
+ Pretty modern, and good looking hotel. Great nature views , very green. Good rooms.
− A little far from the patong beach and other touristy areas. Accessible with a 5-8 minute taxi drive, but pretty far to walk. Not a lot of things to do around the hotel.

− When you choosing and reading descriptions nowhere can see that even if hotel is near the seaside you can’t swim there,there what a surprise you find big rocks. An shuttle bus to take you to the beach is only 4 times a day not even every hour
