+ We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Resort & Villas! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by greenery, while still being close enough to everything in Patong. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean, and the pool area was such a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was also a highlight — plenty of variety and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved how helpful the staff were with organising transport and helping us get around. Overall, Eden Resort & Villas was the perfect start to our Thailand holiday. We felt so relaxed and looked after during our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! ❤️🇹🇭

− There was nothing we didn’t like.

A wonderful stay overall!

+ Loved the vibes of the place - chill, quiet, wonderful staff. Very aesthetic resort - from lobby to rooms to facilities. Loved the spacious room, king size bed and o my the shower area! Room was very clean and I enjoyed chilling in it. Restaurant food was fantastic, especially the buffet breakfast, which has a separate menu for you to order the hot dishes. Thank you to the wonderful staff, always with a smile and so helpful - especially James and Biw/Bwi (sorry I'm not too sure if my spelling is correct). Massage next door to resort is also fantastic!

− I didn't like that guests could smoke at the poolside bar/swimming area. Non smokers should not be made to inhale second hand smoke. I had to move myself away when I was enjoying my meal.

I will definitely come back again and again.

+ I had an exceptional experience at Eedn Resort Phuket. The hotel was truly outstanding, and the cleanliness was exceptional throughout the entire property. What made our stay even more special was the warm and professional service provided by every single member of the staff, without exception. I would especially like to mention NUT from the Front Office/Reception team, who was truly a perfect example of an ideal hotel employee. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Before our arrival, I had requested a simple arrangement to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The surprise was absolutely amazing and made the occasion truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the entire team at Eedn Resort Phuket, and especially to NUT, for making our stay so memorable. We genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.

− Nothing.

Serene, modern, peaceful

+ I looked at so many resorts before deciding on Eden, and could not be happier. It truly is a serene oasis in the midst of Patong. Minimalist and peaceful, super comfortable beds and linen, stunning pool and garden, a beautiful modern, well maintained and compact gym, and staff that deserve a 11/10. Each and every single one of them. The value for money was incredible, breakfast beautifully presented (small buffet and a la carte but everything you need)

James was amazing!

+ Couldn’t recommend Eden more. James is one of the workers there and he made life so easy, from helping translate for me at the mini mart, through to showing me what activities to do. Genuinely the most helpful person i have met. Couldn’t recommend more!!
