Th hotel was in a convenient location and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night two nights in a row. I had to get up out of bed and walk down 5 flights of stairs to the lobby where I found out it was someone smoking in their room. I asked if they knew who and they said no, but strange then that they knew someone set it off by smoking but didn't know who. Also, the shampoo dispenser in the shower did not work and so I had to unscrew the lid and dip my hand into the container to get shampoo out. The pump soap dispenser on the sink also did not work properly.

The sea view rooms are amazing, while you're laying down on your bed, you can enjoy the view of the bay area while they're lit nicely at night. The room was clean and the reception/bell boy were very friendly and they speak very good English.

This hotel as 2 buildings. which are 20 meters away from each other. One is named Halic and the other one is CSK Halic. Last time I stayed at this hotel it was the main one (Halic) and the breakfast was served in the same building. This time though, the breakfast was only serverd in the CSK and we had to move between buildings in the morning which can sometimes be a little uncomfortable.

Staff were very helpful and friendly specially Afes. Top roof restaurant was great.

Breakfast with fantastic view, but could be more variable with more choices. We booked the hotel with a free upgrade but then we just received a bigger room but with out view and was not at all similar to the photos, however we were comfortable.

The Staff was amazing and very helpful. Emre from the reception and Rahime from the Housekeeping were really helpful. They did everything to make my stay very pleasant, The cleanliness of the room was amazing. They provided everything I needed.

Solid stay in Istanbul - good location for walking to sights

Location is good: walkable to many sights, good transport connections and close to the river walk with restaurants. Beds very comfortable, shower amazing, room size good. Breakfast room with balcony is nice.

I did not agree with entering passport info to access an unprotected WiFi network. Noise at the front even on 6th floor was quite intense.
Behind the hotel is an area full of small business, the pollution is intense. Same for the street and large square near the hotel.

Perfect stay!

The location is okay as you have many bus trams and metro to go somewhere else

One point that was disappointing concerns the towel reuse policy. The hotel displays several notices encouraging guests to help reduce unnecessary laundry by hanging towels if they wish to keep using them, or leaving them on the floor if they would like them replaced.
However, despite carefully hanging and drying all of our towels each day, the entire set was replaced every single day during our 5-night stay (including two bath towels, two hand towels, and the bath mat). This happened repeatedly even though we were clearly trying to follow the hotel's stated environmental policy, and same for our second room.
I politely mentioned this to the staff, hoping the issue could be addressed, but unfortunately my concern did not seem to receive much attention and the situation continued unchanged for the remainder of our stay.
It may seem like a small detail, but if a hotel promotes a sustainability initiative, it should ensure that the housekeeping practices are actually aligned with it.
