The hotel is overall very good, and I would definitely recommend it.
+ The hotel is located in a very good area with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Another big advantage is the convenient transportation access: there are buses, metro stations, and Marmaray connections close to the hotel (20 minutes by walking max), making it easy to get around the city.
− There were a few downsides, though. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Also, one of the two elevators broke down on the day of our arrival, so waiting for the remaining elevator sometimes took a long time.
