+ Good location, comfortable room, clean and a value for money. This is quite new hotel.

− A breakfast offer was very limited and not very appealing, shower hose was faulty, TV wasn't set up and there was no explanation about using the touchscreen by the door to notify them about cleaning.

Great location, friendly staff but poor breakfast and poor room service.

+ Great location in the proximity of Metro station in the city center. Very good transport connection to any touristic point of intererest, many restaurants serving delicious meals nearby, For instance there is a MADO cafe nearby where they have very good cappucino and deicious breakfast meals. Or at SIMIT SARAY also they have very good coffee and cakes. Tram station is also nearby, this hotel really has an excelent location. WiFi connection is great, internet was available all the time.

− Breakfast was very poor and very littte. 3 slices of cucumbers, a cherry tomato cut in 2, few black and green olives, 4 balls of cheese, and 2 triangle of white cheese, a slice of salami and 1 small rectagle box of butter , 1 of nutella, 1 of honey +1 of strawberry jam. Sometimes the kitchen lady gave us 1 boiled egg and 1 tiny slice of chocolate cake. All these arranged on a plate. The coffee was bad and the tea acceptable. Only fresh bread was available unlimited. If I wanted to take a second plate, I was told that I should not do that becasue they allow only 1 plate per person. Finally they let me take the second plate but not without remarks. Likewise service room was poor. Whenever I activated the room service sign on my door, the cleaning lady didn't come so I had to remind pesonaly at the reception desk for cleaning lady to come and do the necessary. TV set was inactive couple of days and I had to request multiple times at receptrion desk to solve this problem, when finally they did it, there were only few TV channels available and those were mostly about boring international politics. When the weather was a bit rainy the TV didn't work properly. Except the good location, great WiFi connection and comfortable beds, nothing else confirmed my expectation at this hotel. Next time I will visit Istanbul almost sure I will choose another hotel.

+ An excellent hotel for the price. It is located quite close to the tram station, metro, Mambay, and a bus stop. The staff always tried to be helpful, and the housekeepers did a great job. Overall, it is a truly excellent hotel for the price, and we were very satisfied with our stay. I recommend it.

− The only thing that raised questions was the breakfast. However, considering breakfast was included in the price, it would be unfair to complain. Still, a small plate with a couple of slices of cheese and one slice of ham hardly compared to what was shown in the photos. I wouldn't call it a negative—breakfast was served daily and the staff were always friendly :)

+ I enjoyed my stay, everything was fine except the bed

− The bed. I had spoken with the hotel staff before even arriving, telling them I wanted a large bed, not a double bed! Unfortunately, they had prepared a room with two beds, which disturbed me while I slept.

+ Good value for money. Great location with piblic traffic, shops and restaurants nearby.

− Bathroom-renovation would be good - toilet flushing and shower. English speaking staff in the kitchen would make the communication easier. Staff overall (with exception of the who we presume to be a manager) could do with a touch of politeness. Turkish coffee would be a nice addition to breakfast. Breakfast overall is not a bufet and could be improved.

+ Terrible experience: room locked, uncleaned, and extremely rude staff

− ​I booked a 2-night stay (15 Aug - 17 Aug). On my second day, I returned in the afternoon to find my room locked without any prior notice.​When I asked why, the receptionist (a male staff member from Chad) was extremely rude, smelled heavily of cigarettes, and argued with me, claiming he locked it to transfer me because the room was given to someone else. ​On top of that, my room was never cleaned at all during my entire 2-night stay. The customer service and housekeeping were completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.
