+ ​We had an absolutely delightful stay at Aroma Villa in Munduk, Bali. Our hosts, Wayan and his wife Nomen, were incredibly gracious and generous with their time. The villa itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The picture just don't do it justice. ​We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our breakfast and dinner meals were included, and we were thrilled with the delicious meals Nomen prepared for us. ​Wayan went above and beyond, offering personalized suggestions for our daily activities and often driving us to our destinations himself. He even accompanied us on walks to two stunning waterfalls and provided personal tours of a local family-owned rice paddy on two separate days. ​The natural beauty of the region cannot be overstated, and the unexpected kindness of the local people left a lasting impression. We left with a deep appreciation for Munduk and its residents. ​Munduk itself is a fantastic escape from the crowds, nowhere nearly as inundated with tourists as many other areas of Bali. We wholeheartedly recommend Aroma Villa in Munduk

+ Very personal experience with host super nice preparing us awesome breakfast with fresh fruit like dragon fruit, papaya, mango and pineapple. Also made tea and omelette to our personal preference and had unlimited tea and coffee freshly made. He also took us to falls and Buddhist monestry as personal tour guide upon request and for very fair price. We stayed in resort in Ubud before this which had state of art facility but this place beats it in hospitality and such a sweet soul host with taking care of your needs as requested. Also very clean nice room with view of rice fields and mountain. I will definitely want to come back here🙏🙏🙏

+ We had a truly wonderful stay here. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The garden was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh juice made from fruits grown in their own garden. Our stay also included dinner, which was prepared with ingredients from the property’s own harvest – and you could really taste the difference! A peaceful place filled with warmth, hospitality, and genuine attention to detail. We would love to come back.

+ We had the pleasure of staying at the Aroma Villa for three nights and could not have been happier with our choice. It is a beautiful place with a stunning view over rice fields and evergreen hills. The rooms strike a great balance between traditional and modern, surrounded by an enchanting Balinese garden. What truly sets the guest house apart are its owners. Mr. Wayan and his family are wonderful hosts: kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Not only did they prepare us a homecooked breakfast and dinner to enjoy on our balcony every day, they also offered to guide us around the local sights at a very reasonable price. We could have easily stayed an additional couple of days in this lovely company if our itinerary had allowed for more time in Munduk. Highly recommend!

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Munduk. Wayan and his wife were very kind and welcoming. The half-board meals were excellent with fresh ingredients—some straight from their garden—and different dishes every night. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the rice field.

− The only small downside is that the bathroom window is a bit see-through, so for more privacy it’s better to choose the lower room.
