It has a spa, 2 pools, and 12 dining options including a bar at level 70. Each room comes with a flat-screen cable TV with local Chinese channels and a tea/coffee maker. Swissôtel The Stamford is a 10-minute train ride from the shopping district of Orchard Road. Singapore Flier is a 15-minute train ride away. Nightlife options at Boat Quay and Clarke Quay are approximately a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is part of Raffles City Complex, offering a convention and shopping center. A well-equipped fitness center and 6 tennis courts are available. 24-hour room service is available for guests’ convenience. Guests can approach the 24-hour front desk to request for currency exchange, paperless Chinese newspapers and concierge services. Staff are able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin, Indonesian and Filipino. Swissôtel The Stamford provides 12 restaurants and bars serving an extensive range of cuisines including Peranakan and Japanese dishes. SKAI Restaurant on the 70th floor provides 360-degree views of Singapore while serving Asian and Western delights. JAAN by Kirk Westaway serves British food. The hotel's 3 bars including SKAI Bar offer fine wines and a comfortable setting where guests can unwind. Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge. Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night. All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety. Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge. Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate. The name on the credit card used and passport provided for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As part of our commitment to maintaining our facilities, essential repair works will take place, and one of our two swimming pools will be temporarily closed from 28 February to 26 April 2026. + The hotel is situated above an up market shopping mall. Breakfast is is $35 per adult. At the food courts in the shopping mall it could be $10-$20 for more authentic food. The hotel is close enough to attractions, but far enough to avoid tourist crowds. The MRT below connects to Suntec shopping mall which has a bigger variety of shops.

Excellent Hotel
+ I liked how friendly and reliable the staff were. It was very convenient to get to Raffles mall and access other eateries at the basement, including the MRT.
− I only didn't like that it was hard to get an early check-in. So our families with children had to wander around and were exhausted by the time we could check-in.

+ The hotel lobby has a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop and easy access to indoor (air conditioned!) shopping and dining. The overall location was excellent - buses and taxis are easy to access but City Hall MRT station is directly below and once you get the hang of things this transport system is super convenient and easy to use. The hotel is part of the Raffles Place shopping city - SO many shopping options, but for a family with young children the biggest plus was the basement mall which is a rabbit warren of dining options, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The hotel pool is on the 8th floor and features a poolside bar with happy hour from 5pm - 8pm! Staff were super helpful and attentive and our room was made up daily and super clean. Our room was a twin double with balcony and small banquette area which was handy. If you were in town for the F1 this hotel would be an ideal vantage point.
