Very Good
+ Generally staff and cleanliness of facility is good. Location being connected to mall and supermarket is also convenient.
− Not that I didn't like but I think house keeping staff are sometimes not as warm as expected them. Exception was a guy called Mehedi who was always compassionate and very sincere. The house keeping hrs could be improved. Sometimes they are really really late like 6pm and in such cases they just want to be done with it. May be it is understaffed.

An Awesome experience
+ The staff were great, Mustapha at reception, staff at restaurant were awesome especially the manager whose wife just gave birth, a true darling. Staff by the door helped with taxis and luggage. And the youn wonderful chef with the eggs knows how my eggs cook.
− Nothing much just that the guy across my room was smoking throughout. Had to hold my breath anytime I go out

Excellent, we even extend our stay for 1 day. We will come back for sure.
+ What I like about this Hotel is the swimming will closed at 9pm. Our family always booked a hotel in different places every weekend just for our only child to swim and since the weather is very hot during daytime we would like to swim in the evening. Good thing they have until 9pm pool area. Location is nice since the mall is at the bottom only very convenient. By the way, we are not tourists, our Apartment is just at the back of the Al Ghurair Mall, it's just that we do not have amenities for pool and my child loves to swim that is why we always check in in the hotel with pool facilities.
− Not that bad but the Airconditioning is not that cold, we sometimes wake up because we are sweating.
