Friendly, helpful, clean , balcony, great value
+ Staff were super helpful and friendly with good English all lead from the top as hotel manger was perfect for the job with her attitude and help the hotel was clean , comfortable, well set up with a really good breakfast, would recommend staying there as one of the best hotels stayed in .

GOOD AND BEST
+ A big shout-out to the reception staff! The moment I entered the property, I was greeted with a pleasant smile—unlike at the Marriott Baku Boulevard. It made me wonder why I didn't book a room here in the first place. While the location is a bit far from downtown, the cleanliness was good, and there are lots of RESTURANTS and shopping centers nearby. Everything else ticks all the boxes.

Fantastic stay — clean, quiet, professional, and excellent Wi-Fi
+ I stayed during a business trip and I couldn't have picked a better place for the experience. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, well-organised, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed, and the bathroom was fantastic. Another major point for me was the Wi-Fi quality, especially because I was travelling for business, and the Wi-Fi was phenomenal — reliable, fast, and exactly what I needed for working during my stay. The staff were excellent from start to finish: polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning staff were also lovely — one of the ladies kindly gave me extra waters and was very attentive. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Saida, who was fantastic and went above and beyond by helping arrange a partial refund for extra days I had booked but did not end up using. Overall, this was a great experience. I will absolutely continue staying here on future visits to Baku, and I would also be very happy booking this hotel for my employees and business guests. Highly recommended.

+ We stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled. We just needed something convenient, but this place actually turned out amazin! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when our flight on the next morning was cancelled again, we were allowed to return to our room until regular checkout time and have breakfast. Breakfast buffet was really good, rooms are large and with very comfy beds. They also offer plenty of amenities.
