Pleasant
+ Location was good and helped my commute.
− The staff were friendly except one lady at the reception. Food was ok but can be better. Cleaners were terrible and I would have left if I could get a refund! Overall I enjoyed my stay

We were so disappointed in this Sunday signature hotel.
+ We liked the facilities
− What we came to know is that after check in no need to do any request. First of all when you call they take long to pick and when you request for any thing they will never attend. This is second time it's really bad we request for coffee and they promised but never attended its really bad. Why is it that the hotel has parking but it charges money please better add the money on the booking than making guests fool's. And getting fines on street.

Miscommunication on Late Check-Out and Unprofessional Staff Behaviour
+ Location, room and amenities are good
− I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience regarding the late check-out arrangements during my stay. At the time of check-in, I specifically enquired about late check-out and was informed that it could be extended until 3:00 PM. However, when I checked again the following morning, I was informed that the check-out time was 1:30 PM. When I called again from my room at around 12:40 PM to reconfirm, I was told to check out between 1:00 PM and 1:15 PM, as other guests were waiting. When I questioned why the check-out time was being changed repeatedly, instead of receiving a polite and reasonable explanation, I was met with a harsh and unprofessional response. I fully understand that hotel management needs to accommodate incoming guests. However, repeatedly changing the confirmed check-out time and responding rudely when a guest seeks clarification is unacceptable. I request the management to look into this incident, clarify why conflicting information was provided, and address the staff's behaviour appropriately. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure that other guests do not face a similar experience.

Good but it has to be better
+ Location, staff
− Sometimes the door doesn't open on the code, the landline most of the time no one answered because they said there is a technical problem so i have to keep go up and down and when I book a type of room I go to the hotel. I don't find it. They give me another.
