It was a really nice stay thanks to the friendly staff.

+ The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Anil and Erhan. We had a problem in our shower’s ceiling so they provided us with a larger room until the problem was fixed. The lobby is very good. Coffee and tea are available for free. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view.

− The ceiling in the shower had to be replaced. The rooftop terrace needs to be maintained and cleaned up more often. The room is relatively small but it is as shown in the description.

Great hospitality in old town Istanbul

+ The hotel is situated in a comfortable location of the old city, in close proximity to Metro, boats, restaurants and the spice bazaar. The rooms were very clean, which is of high importance for me, the A/C unit was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was also fast and reliable. I wanna note the team, Erhan and Furkan for being so sweet and hospitable, honestly, i liked them a lot.

− I chose the smaller room, which indeed was a bit small, but fairly good for one person considering the price.

+ Hotel is just in the middle of most important places, Galata tower, Taksim, Eminonu dock, Kapali, Beyazit..

+ The view was beautiful, and the family room was suitable and comfortable for me and the kids. The hotel is located in a safe, quiet area that is suitable for small families Perfect location for guests who love walking around Not me:)

− The room was noisy, and sound isolation was poor little bit. The noise was due to the location near the main road, tram, and beach, not because of the hotel itself. I would really appreciate it if extra attention could be given to the bathroom and bed linens I recommend mopping the room floors with a scented cleaner and properly rinsing the bathroom with water

+ I had a very pleasant stay at Sistina Old City Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and very well located, making it easy to explore the main attractions of Istanbul. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and everything was spotless. The staff were absolutely wonderful—very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or any request. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the views. Overall, excellent value for money and a great choice for staying in Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
