An excellent and relaxing stay with outstanding service
+ Beautiful resort in a fantastic location. The rooms and common areas were very comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and attentive. We particularly appreciated the quality of the service and the relaxed atmosphere, which made the stay very enjoyable, especially as a family.
− The main weak point was the check-out process, which was surprisingly slow and could have been much more efficient. The hotel is also very expensive, even by Singapore standards. The excellent level of service helps justify the price, but overall it still felt quite costly.

Nice location but quite expensive
+ Property location is very good and kind of nice in the middle of the island, still safe but from time to time you will find lizard and other animals crawling around you. They are harmless but the reaction from kids or elders need to be cautiously taken to avoid any incidents. Food and breakfast were really good in the main restaurant with so many options and also kids corner helped a lot. Pool , kids room and activities are amazing and very entertaining. Hill view was nice and natural that would calm you and make you feel peace and relaxed
− No other restaurants are open during day time beside the one on the pool and it is relatively expensive with portion size and limited options. Like a small satay chicken sticks are almost $30 SGD and that’s barely fed 2 toddlers before lunch time. Rooms are old and not sound proof at all as you can clearly hear the next door as there is a separating door between king rooms or double bedrooms and it’s quite annoying at night time. Bathroom has mould in the shower and even shower mat, we used the floor towels all the time and asked to be changed every day to avoid any cross infection or contamination. Laundry would be probably better if was placed in every floor as there are 2-3 levels that have laundry option for the whole levels (11 levels included) and that’s quite challenging to get it done in your stay

− Didn't like having to put $200 S a night on our credit card when we checked in so $400 for our stay . This was not on our booking information at all.

+ Overall, a very family friendly luxury hotel with excellent facilities for kids. Right besides the beach. Situated at far end of Sentosa but transport is free to get to other places on the island. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is also very good with lots of choices.

Amazing family resort, so much for kids to do and staff are amazing.
+ The staff were great, they had a good variety for their breakfast, room service was nice and quick. The sea view was so nice to look out from the balcony. The pool was great and loved all the activities for the kids
− The kids club area is only allowed for 5yo + and the toddler area needed some refreshing. I feel like it was very minimal and sad. I’ve stayed at other resorts that had so much more for the kids in terms of playground. Board games and arts and craft were great here though.
