Best place to stay in Singapore
+ Room clean and spacious . Easy access from all the 6 lifts. Great breakfast and the club room . I am very happy with all the staff in the club lounge and have been treated well like addressing me as Mr. Ng and don't have to ask my room each time I enter. The staff remember me as a dingtingish guest and not just another hotel guest
− The hotel lobby is always crowded and packed with hotel guests

As we were celebrating my husbands birthday a delightful card and delicious little cake was delivered to our suite, big
+ Centrally located in Singapore. As our overseas flight arrived in Singapore at 5:30 am, we arrived at the hotel at 6:45, and check-in is 2:00 pm. We enquired if we could store our luggage until that time but were offered an immediate room at a nominal extra cost, of which we were most appreciative after a 13 hour flight. Big thank you to the staff and management.
− هیچ‌چیز خاصی نبود
