Excellent and flawless stay

This is the second time I have used this hotel, it was very well located in terms of location and access to Dubai Mall and shopping centers. Supermarkets, pharmacies, numerous cafes and fast food restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel, and the metro station is 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel breakfast was complete, excellent and varied.

The hotel was very good, but because it was old, the furniture in the room, such as the TV and wooden wardrobes, was old.

Rejuvenating stay at Rotana

From Arrival to check out, staff was comforting, Stayed with my family and was upgraded to 41st floor and view was good, the Indian guy who checked us in was very professional and you need more of these in the hotel and the social media even uploaded our reel on their story too, Overall good experience , kudos to the Rotana team

By far staff of the hotel including some directors are the best I have delt within Dubai

Staff and Staff. I have to admit that the staff made me feel at home, and I stayed for a long time. I want to thank Aygun, Dani, Foncha, Chief Mustafa, Chief Jamal, Junaid (the housekeeper), and one of the directors, especially for the warm welcome and professionalism. The follow-up during breakfast time and the welcome note every time I am in the lobby are priceless.

Dated Furniture. Lack of a wall clock. Additial land phone device is needed in the living room. AC Device is way outdated. Better variety of channels. Breakfast could be better.

The Food
Frankly speaking, a hotel is a place that welcomes people from across the globe, especially in a diverse destination like Dubai. During our 3-day stay with triple occupancy, however, we were disappointed that we could not find a good Indian cuisine option during the first two days. The breakfast spread was predominantly continental.
I feel the hotel should be more sensitive to the food preferences of its guests and, wherever possible, understand their preferences at the time of check-in and communicate them to the kitchen/pantry team. As a guest, I should not have to specifically request Indian cuisine only after being asked for feedback.
That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Krish Patel, who personally stepped in at the right time. He followed up with me throughout the day to understand our preferences for breakfast on the third day and ensured that our requirements were taken care of.
He prepared an excellent uttapam and sambar for the three of us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. What stood out most was his proactive approach and genuine effort to understand and accommodate our needs.
We would like to personally convey our sincere thanks to Mr. Krish Patel for his attentiveness, initiative, and hospitality. His efforts made a noticeable difference to our stay.
At the same time, I hope the hotel management takes this feedback constructively and considers being more proactive about understanding guests' dietary and cuisine preferences from the beginning.

Everything was good, Except my check-in

Place is great, Very close to metro.

My check-in time was supposed to be at 2:00 PM. We arrived at around 1:30–1:45 PM, expecting that the room would be ready by the scheduled check-in time. However, I was only able to check in around 3:45 PM.

Recommended only if you want to stay closer to Metro.

Room was perfect however at breakfast they offer very limited breakfast options and in a tidy place. The skyline view through the window was perfect and Sheikh Zayed Road was adding value to it.

Breakfast's limited options. Iron was not working. There were no kitchen utensils or towels available at all. only coffee and tea sachets were available with sweeteners. Lighting in the room were only the warm type making the room look like darker.

Good stay with minor issues

Hotel seem to have some issues, we were kept in waiting for more than 1 hour during check-in, which was frustrating, however we were lucky to get compensated with a suite accommodation. So I have to commend the staff on their kind gesture.

There was no valet parking for 4-star hotel. We had to park it in an adjacent building ourselves.
And wait time during check-in. Hopefully it was one-off case on that day.
