Always an excellent stay
+ - drink offers are great - pools are clean - rooms are clean - location is awesome - evening entertainment is brilliant
− - check in is always slow. I’ve stayed there now 15 times and I have to fill the same form in every time about emails, and my phone number. It should be on the system to speed the process up.

Pleasant
− Room facilities was not up to the mark. We have to call reception for everything from room cleaning services to topping up daily water. My mini bar wasn’t filled up even though I opted for all inclusive package

+ The food, the staff and the amenities. Booking for the dinner at The Moon was a breeze from their app. Kudos to Lenon at Andalus restaurant, he made sure our glasses are free flowing.
− Only a slight drainage smell at the shower area.
