ok for the rate, needs improvements
+ Room was clean and tidy, rate was good, staff very friendly,
− bathtub in bathroom leaking on the floor with no solution, tv was not working at first, then it worked but the channels were terrible, no international channels except bbc (which is crap anyway). the parking is scary, like from a horror movie. room was noisy due to construction and the bar on the first floor.

Best hotel for me in Dubai!
+ Nice big rooms with floor to ceiling windows! Great Bars and restaurants and clubs all in one location!
− Would be better having walk in showers rather than old school shower over the bath! As no one uses a bath anymore!

− Disgusting noise from outside. There was a construction site opposite the entrance and they were driving piles around the clock.

− The Air condition not totally cold and my partner did sleep properly because a bit hot even we put the temp to cold setting
