+ The hotel staff were exceptional. Especially Jale on reception who assisted with an early check in ad was helpful throughout. Staff in Lobby bar were also very good.

Very good stay with family and kids, pools , kids play area, beach fun , sumptuous food and facilities
+ Beach access , pools , poolside bar , sauna , sea view rooms , staff , restaurants , food, staff attitude and behaviors. Breakfast was good and they didn’t push you out at 10:00 am
− Maintenance of room doors and locks needs improvement. Location is far from town but this is what we opted ourselves.

Very good atmosphere and facilities.
+ I liked the pool, sauna, turkish bath and other facilities very much. The suite was spacious, very good breakfast. Very supportive and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay.
− The lighting in room was way below the required. The bathroom was very cramped and uncomfortable for the suite and does not match the overall stature of hotel.

− Only one water bottle per day was provided. No assistance in taking bags to and from room. No Indian or Pakistan food, hence, difficulties during lunch and dinner. No free cloth press facility in room

Good beach location not far from city
+ It's my third stay here. The hotel is a little tired, but nice and clean. They have made some improvements since my previous stay like better WiFi. It's good value and an excellent place to stay outside the city.

+ ° Friendly Front Desk team ° Room and balacony sizes ° Two sides views, sea view on the balcony side (the bigger/main view) and highway and mountain view on the other side ° Great breakfast buffet and grate room service food and grate room service waiter ° I wish to back as soonest to try the big pool, unfortunately, the weather was too cold ❄️ 🥶
− ° Waiting about 2:30 hours to check-in. I arrived at 1:30 PM and I was immediately requested to seat as the room was not ready and I also immediately was offered complimentary tea or coffee although that the standard check-in time didn't pass yet (3 PM). The waiting was comfortable but it was too long and boring 🥱 ° No tea/coffee spons in the room and I struggled to get them! I had to request them from several team members and wait 1 hour or more, I'm not sure now! ° No privacy (DND) / room cleaning signs! ° It's away from the centre and nothing down there but it's remains located on a main highway so it's not difficult to reach wherever you want
