An amazing pearl in the heart of the Palm
+ Everything from my arrival to checkin, the welcoming aura of the staff, the room, the outside ambience, amazing garden and beautiful pool all put me in a very satisfied state of mind. I cannot really think of any other hotel in Dubai that has that sense of ambience.

Excellent all round, loved it, re-visiting next year
+ I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, it was a convenient location, exceptionally clean, beautiful attention to detail. It felt like you were staying in a palace, the rooms were large and well equipped and the staff were exceptional. Didn't see a dog for the whole stay, that was great! The staff were so attentive and really made each guest special. The lounge area with the piano player was a wonderful way to relax, eat and drink, very regal. Hannah in the lounge deserves a special mention, so kind and so welcoming, and works long hours! Thank you Hannah, you made our visit so special
− 1) Parents with their faces in their phones while their kids run around, not just in Raffles by the way 2) The weekend round the pool gets a bit like Benidorm with a DJ and aqua-aerobics, not suited to this type of establishment, could do without. 3) People using their cell phones while on speakerphone assuming others around them want to hear their conversations, WE DON'T!

We had 4 nights stay half board and couldn’t be happier with the hotel and service that we recieved
