+ Building is well maintained. Location is good.
− Lack of vegetarian options in breakfast. Even for non-vegetarians also breakfast can be improved. Lack of patio particularly when hotel entrance is located on one way fast moving traffic where parking for few minutes also prohibited.

+ I usually stay in this hotel during any visit to Baku. I like the location. By the sea, perfect for a chill and a walk. Near two malls.
− The front desk staff is not welcoming. It could be a general cultural behavior; therefore, I accept it, but others may not, and it may impact the overall image reflection

+ Very nice Hotel on the seafront in Baku. The staff was very kind, they even offered us an upgrade to our room for free! Also, the offered pickup transfer from the airport to the hotel went really smooth!

+ Prime location within walking distance of Nizami Street, Park Boulevard, and local highlights. Everything about our stay was top-notch—from the speedy check-in/check-out process to the excellent breakfast, prompt room service, and spotless housekeeping. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hussain and Mr. Parvin for going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable!
− One small downside was the room's noise insulation, along with slightly unintuitive room light switches.
