Nice Hotel
+ Nice hotel with lot of amenities including swimming pool, Steam & Sauna. there is a nice pub and good breakfast. Next to the Hotels there is a huge park and walking distances to few attractions.
− There was a A/C problem initially, to compensate that the moved us to a suite.

Friendly staff, very helpful, but need to work on the quality of the rooms
+ Overall experience is great, I chose this hotel because we didn’t spent time in the hotel as much as for sleeping only. But for quality of the towels, kettle, and cleaning in my opinion need to work on more. Otherwise the staff is so friendly and kind they helped us with everything since it’s our first time in yerevan. Also the air conditioner is on heater in winter time and i wish that i knew that before.

The facilities are amazing. It was worth the money if we exclude the false alarm incident .
+ They woke us up at 2 am with an emergency message asking us to evacuate the hotel. At the end it was a false alarm but nobody from the stuff gave us any information. People didn’t know what to do and there was confusion.
