+ Excellent hotel with a great location, very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

− Сложности в оформлении фискальных документов. Неправильно выставленные бухгалтерские документы, пришлось нарочно отправлять документы почтой. Языковой барьер, даже на Каз языке было сложно объяснить, так как разный диалект.

+ The room is clean and in very ago shape and the wifi worked well

− Staff attitude is very poor and breakfast is very poor. Only one staff member spoke a bit of English at reception. I booked a room for one night and then extended the stay by one night and they charged me much more for the same room the second day even though the hotel was not filled up, nor is it peak season. Because I had given in my laundry already I had no choice but to stay the second night, otherwise I would have left immediately. But anyway I moved out the third day to a. better and cheaper hotel.

+ There was nothing good about this property. When we booked the description mention the hill view and room they gave us was facing an inside small alleyway. Staff attitude horrible and nobody ready to listen or help. No room service available. We requested for cleaning but nobody turned up. Room size was too small. Next day when they came to clean the room they took AC remote and never returned it mentioning due to wintertime there is no no need for air conditioning. The heater was keeping the room super hot and we had no option but to keep window open and when it starts freezing than to close the window !! Couldn’t sleep properly for a single night! Horrible experience, hotel should be banned from booking.com listing.
