+ Friendly and professional staff, room service on time . Ms Fidaw at the reception was courteous and accomodated me early check in and also upgraded my room. It made the trip fabulous.
− General cleanliness was fine but room carpet at few points had stains

It was good but can be improved further.

− The breakfast had good variety but not up to the mark the omelette live section was too slow to serve. The options were limited as compared to other hotels.

I generally liked the hotel environment
+ I had a pleasant stay at Qafqaz Baku City Hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The bar and restaurant offered a good service, and the gym was adequate for a regular workout. Special thanks to Aysel for her excellent support and kindness during my stay.
