A Wonderful Hotel with an Exceptional Team ❤️
+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything was truly perfect. I would especially like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. A very special mention to Aras, who was exceptional and truly went above and beyond, as well as Hasan, Ferhan, Muhammet, and Kemal. You all contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, spotless, and perfectly maintained. It is also very well located, right next to the Laleli tram stop, which makes it extremely convenient to get around Istanbul and reach the main areas of the city. I really appreciated this location. The buffet is excellent, varied, and always well stocked. I particularly noticed Ferhan’s attention to detail: whenever something was running out, he immediately made sure it was replenished and took care of every little detail. This was something I truly appreciated and had to mention. The hotel also has a dedicated luggage room with a luggage scale, which is very convenient, especially before taking a flight. And a special mention for the delicious lemonade at the entrance, which I highly recommend trying! 🍋 I am extremely satisfied with the service and my overall experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, because the whole team deserves it so much. ❤️ I will definitely come back on my next visit to Istanbul, and without hesitation, I will choose PISA HOTEL again. Thank you for everything! 🇩🇿❤️🇹🇷
