Absolutely loved our stay here!
+ We loved everything about our stay here the facilities were amazing especially things like the gym and buffet breakfast! The rooms were super clean and the all the staff were super welcoming and accommodating.

Family oriented hotel
+ There’s variety of breakfast and multiple pool to go . It’s very accessible to go anywhere and walkable . All the staff are friendly and there’s a staff from conceirge called Ailmee he’s very kind and nice , he help us around and show us where to get good food around Patong area . He also help us communicate with driver around . Overall he’s very caring and outgoing person . Will definitely go back here again

Excellent location.
+ Loved the location and how easy it was to get around. The clean spacious rooms and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Could not fault anything.
− I feel the pools needed attention. The water in the pools appeared dirty. Shame the spa jets on dolphins did not work. Spa pools were not in use again a shame. Apperrance of pool areas tired and dated.

A wonderful stay – excellent location, fantastic facilities and exceptional hospitality!
+ Wonderful stay – everything was excellent! We had a fantastic stay at Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The breakfast was extremely varied and delicious, with plenty of choices, including vegan options, which I really appreciated. A very special thank you to Mr. Paul at the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He upgraded us to a suite so that all four of us could stay together, and the suite was spacious, very comfortable and perfect for our family. The location is excellent, the pools are wonderful, and having a café in partnership with Starbucks right in the lobby was a great bonus. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Great location, excellent facilities, wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Everything was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

− It was ok, but it needs a bit more variety wester kind of . Not familiar with Asian kind with noddles, food soups in the morning. Sauces ,cheese , bred a bit poor . Needs more Eastern and meddle east options in yje menu.

Excellent
+ We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pools were absolutely perfect.
− The one thing that bothered us was that the bowling alley on the premises is not very suitable for young children, as there are no bumpers or ramps to help them play.
