Clean and comfortable accommodations, convenient parking, and fantastic Karama location.
+ Thank you so much to the front desk for warmly upgrading our Twin Room to a wonderful suite upon check-in! We were so delighted by the spacious room, lovely amenities, and beautiful bathroom. Everything was wonderfully clean, well-organised, and the bed was so comfortable for a great stay. We also really appreciated the spacious parking and the fantastic Karama location that made everything so accessible. We truly loved every moment of our stay in this 5-star hotel.

Pleasant
+ The location is good and the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast needs improvement, especially for Indian tourists and travellers. Also, the staff at breakfast needs to be friendlier and more prompt
− The staff at the breakfast counter seem arrogant, especially with the Indian tourist, also the pillows provided in the rooms are not so comfortable
