Beautiful hotel at a high price
+ Access to the swimming pool & sofa right from your room is on another level! Friendly staff, good gym, great food selection on breakfast. Awesome wine at restaraunt
− We didn't get how to disable 'do not disturb mode', and the price per night could be more affordable. Restaraunt closes early For a woman it may be difficult to always slide the bathroom and toilet doors I was sweating in the bed at night despite of the AC

Most beautifull hotel ever.
+ Most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. The plants and the atmosphere is just as shown on the photos. Wifi was fast and reliable. The rooms are modern and spacious. Even the curtains open with the flip of a switch. Close to the shops and the metro.

Exceptional
+ We stayed at another hotel before coming to Pan Pacific Orchard, and most of the staff there seemed to be from the same country, so it didn’t really feel like we were in Singapore. At Pan Pacific Orchard, there were staff from so many different countries, and I really loved that. I’m Korean, so it was especially nice to meet a Korean staff member. It was such a pleasant surprise to see someone from Korea during our stay. What I remember most about our stay is how lovely the staff were. Everyone we met was friendly, kind, and professional, but never in a cold or formal way. They were always quick to understand what we needed and happy to help. Seeing people from so many different backgrounds working together also gave the hotel a warm, international feel. It really felt like Singapore to me. I was traveling with my child, so I’m quite picky about cleanliness, especially in hotel rooms. I was really happy with our room. It was spotless, with no dust even in the corners, and the bedding felt clean and fresh. As a parent, that made me feel much more comfortable and relaxed during our stay. After checking out, I realized that I had left something behind and called the hotel. They checked for me very quickly and emailed me back while I was waiting. Luckily, I was still at the airport, and since the hotel is only about 20 minutes away by taxi, I was able to go back and pick it up. I was so thankful that they responded so quickly—otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get it back before my flight. Even before we arrived, I had contacted the hotel a few times with questions, and they were always quick to reply and very helpful. That’s something I really appreciated about Pan Pacific Orchard. From before check-in to even after check-out, I always felt that someone was there to help when I needed it. We left with such a good feeling about this hotel.

Great hotel, handy for bus and MRT, and M&S!

− We had a room with a corner balcony which was brilliant but for whatever reason (the balcony was certainly big enough for a larger sofa), the sofa on the balcony was not large enough to sit 2 people unless you were squashed onto it. Bizarre

Incredible
+ Pan Pacific Orchard is truly an oasis in the heart of Singapore. It is a unique hotel where nature, luxury and extraordinary design come together in the most beautiful way. The pool is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening when everything lights up and the whole atmosphere becomes magical. ✨ Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully designed, with an incredible terrace overlooking the pool. Being able to enjoy in-room lunch or dinner was such a wonderful touch — it allowed us to fully enjoy the luxury and privacy of our room and terrace. The staff were generally very kind and attentive. The only exception was the team who checked us in. Unfortunately, they did not really introduce us to the hotel or explain what facilities and services were available, so we initially had no idea what we had access to or which restaurants the hotel offered. This would have made our stay even more enjoyable. On the other hand, the gentleman at the pool bar was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, attentive and always ready for a joke. He made us feel genuinely welcome. 😊 Overall, the beautiful room, exceptional design, thoughtful amenities and high level of service make Pan Pacific Orchard a truly outstanding hotel. It is the kind of place where the hotel itself becomes part of the experience. A beautiful oasis in Singapore that we would love to return to. 🌿✨
