Upgraded WiFi service is available throughout the property. The modern accommodations comes with a living room and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international and Chinese channels. A separate study room provides ample working space. Kitchen equipment are available upon request. The accommodations also comes with a dining area. Rooms also come equipped with hot/cold water purifier machines. Bathrooms are en suite and come with slippers. Guests can also request for laundry services. All apartments, studios and facilities are accessible by elevator. Friendly staff are fluent in English, Malay and Chinese. Union Pay is accepted here. 1) Tourist Tax: Effective 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt. 2) Credit Card Policy: The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the guest staying at the property. For third-party bookings, an authorization form, along with a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card, is required. 3) Car Parking: On-site parking is available, subject to additional charges. Identification & Requests: Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4) Parties: This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette), hen, stag, or similar parties. 5) Damage Deposit: A refundable cash damage deposit of MYR 100 to MYR 200 (depending on room type) is required upon arrival. The deposit will be reimbursed in full upon check-out, subject to a room inspection. 6) Front Office Hours: The front office operates on a limited schedule. Please contact the property for specific details. 7) Arrival Time: Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance. Please contact the property directly with the details provided in your confirmation. 8) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Good value overall
+ I booked a shared room, but it came with a fairly large private bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a decent-sized living room with a kitchen, fridge, and microwave, usually shared with two other people. There’s also access to a pool and a small gym. Overall, it’s a pretty nice place to stay for the value. Very relaxed and smooth check-out process at that too
− The Wi-Fi can get pretty bad, and even when I used mobile data, it was slow—much slower than everywhere else I’ve been. They also need to fix the bathroom doors. It’s not just one room; even the bathroom doors in other rooms have trouble opening and closing. On multiple occasions, it felt like I got trapped or locked in the bathroom because the door got stuck. You also have to be careful not to pull too hard, since some of them look like they could easily break. Outside of those two main issues, it's a pretty good place to stay

Strategic place to stay with ample food and entertainment.
+ Its quite strategic and the MRT is just a walk from the building. The room was clean and cozy and the shared apartment was large and beyond my expectation with that price I pay, so technically it is worth the money. Food is very abundant and have a choice of late night entertainment that fits any budget.
− Room feels a bit old. The entrance was not that welcoming probably due to the lack of tennants in the building.

− No special parking rate for the customer.We need to paid as normal parking rm4/hrs.Its not made sense.Its not like previously that we get the special rate when we stay at the hotel.
