A Truly Magical and Unforgettable Stay

From the moment you arrive, One&Only is simply breathtaking. The stunning architecture, beautiful surroundings, luxurious atmosphere, and exceptional food create an experience that feels truly magical from start to finish.
What makes this resort truly stand out, however, is its people. As a solo traveller, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Chef Ashu for always remembering my breakfast preferences, and to Sabin, Sonu, Thor, and Mammy, who made every morning memorable with their warm smiles and outstanding service.
The dining experience was phenomenal, thanks to Trehan, Aswin, Sanu, and Sahel, who could not do enough for me and always made me feel so welcome.
I also spent much of my holiday relaxing by the pool, where the service was equally exceptional. Thank you to Passy, Shiva, Ved and especially Brian, whose kindness, positivity, and infectious smile made my stay even more special. Brian, you are a true credit to the resort.
One&Only is more than a luxury hotel; it is an experience filled with genuine hospitality, warmth, heart, and soul. I left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

My only criticism regarding my stay is that I feel more consideration should have been given to guests arriving on early morning flights. While I appreciate that the standard check-in time was 3:00 pm, my flight arrived at 1:30 am, which effectively meant I had to pay for an additional night's stay despite only needing access to the room earlier on the following day.
I feel that an alternative option, such as a reduced-rate early check-in or a more flexible check-in arrangement, could have been offered in these circumstances. This would have provided a fairer solution and improved the overall guest experience.

Exceptional

An exceptional experience at One&Only The Palm. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly maintained, but what impressed us most was the outstanding service and kindness of the entire team.
Unfortunately, I became ill during my stay, and every member of staff took wonderful care of me. They were always available, attentive and extremely professional, doing everything they could to support me and ensure I was as comfortable as possible.
A huge thank you to the entire team for your kindness and care. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and would be delighted to return. A truly five-star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly this was the best service I have ever enjoyed, and it was because they were so conscientious, and I have been to some of the very best hotels in the world, they just really got it right

The room service for the tea at night took a long while and we were asleep by the time it arrived, other than that it was excellent.

Exceptional.

The hotel was exceptional. It is set in lovely gardens, with several pools. It has a relaxed vibe and after staying at several hotels in the area, I would rate this as the best. I could not fault the staff, who went above and beyond. I loved the added touches such as having home made protein bars in the gym area and ice cream by the pool. We also visited both restaurants (the third is currently closed) and enjoyed them both. I don’t often complete reviews but had to for this hotel.
