Good hotel with historical flavor in the middle of Taksim District
+ The personal, in particular the cleaning team and Fatima, who was every day nice to us and has done her work in the best possible way.
− The air conditioning in our room has lacks. It was warm and stuffily in the last two days of our trip.

+ All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they have great variety. The room is clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice stay in Taksim. Also the location is very convenient!

+ I had a wonderful stay at Occidental Taksim. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable accommodations to the delicious breakfast. The staff made my visit especially memorable by celebrating my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. The reception team was fantastic, especially Sarya and Zeynep, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their outstanding service made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Occidental Taksim and would happily stay here again!

+ The overall experience was good. The staff are kind and friendly. Location is perfect. The room size is satisfactory
− They gave me a broken crib for my 11 months old. The noise, we couldnt sleep. One of the receptionists was pretty mean with me when i asked about cleaning the room, they left it dirty for 2 days

+ The rooms were excellent: large, spacious, clean, and smart.staff very very helpful ❤️i loved them all
− However, there were 3 main problems: 1. Location is a bit far from shopping areas 2. Elevator service is slow and noisy with long wait times. Stairs were not accessible. I was trapped in the elevator for over 15 minutes 3. Room key cards required frequent reactivation I hope these can be improved for future guests.
