A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following rooms: Courtyard Premier Rooms. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of SGD 100 (before taxes) per stay, per dog. Very nice hotel. Good location. Enjoyed our time.
+ Location, swimming pool, most of the staff, in room dining
− Found a cockroach in my room which wasn't ideal. 1 member of staff on reception was rude and did not want to help us. Fortunately another member of staff went that extra mile and got us sorted and was very helpful. Lack of changing area for the pool - ended up getting changed in a disabled toilet.

Overall good, small things can make the courtyard area more usable.
+ Excellent location. Friendly staff. On site complimentary parking. Good choice of restaurants. Pool is nice and there is on-site gym. Room is well equipped.
− The design of the bathroom not being fully separated with a closed door is very frustrating (not only this hotel, many others as well) - makes things so noisy, esp in the middle of the night. Washroom was a bit smelly. The 'courtyard' area was very nice, but a fan would make it much more useful given Singapore's weather.
