+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful three-night stay at Novotel World Trade Center. Everything was great, from the room and facilities to the hospitality and service. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I especially appreciated that they kindly allowed me to extend my check-out by two hours at no additional cost. This was a very nice gesture and made my stay even more comfortable. The swimming pool was also excellent, and I really enjoyed spending time there. Overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience and was very satisfied with the hospitality.

+ Dear Novotel Tbilisi Center Management, I would like to take a moment to sincerely recognize and appreciate one of your team members, Keto, for her exceptional assistance and customer service during my stay at the hotel. Keto was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and professional throughout my interactions with her. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Your kindness and attention to guests truly
+ I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The room service was excellent as well — everything was handled quickly and with great attention to detail. The pool area was also lovely and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.
− One little gesture especially touched me. I had completely lost my voice during the stay, and the staff kindly sent me ginger tea to help me feel better. 🥹❤️ It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and honestly, it made me feel so special.

We had a lovely stay. Naveen from Room Service was superb and very helpful in arranging the sofa bed
+ We had a lovely stay. Staff were great specially Naveen from Room Service was superb and very helpful in arranging the sofa bed and promptly bringing the supplies we needed. His attentiveness and service were appreciated and contributed to a pleasant stay.
− There were no slippers available when we entered the room, although perhaps we are simply accustomed to having them provided upon arrival. We also noticed that there was no tissue and not enough teaspoons for coffee, which are usually readily available. These may seem like minor details, but small touches like these can make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience and help make the stay feel more comfortable and welcoming.
